The Dog Pile
..this flick is downright quirky. I cannot think of a more imaginative story, with characters more strange, and moments more unusual than seen in this oddball little film....Some of the moments are so real that you cannot believe they were even scripted...Perhaps they were just a product of two fine actors being totally in the moment. he meets Dot, the woman of his dreams, played by the unassuming Eugenie Bondurant....The emotional intensity, however, was perfect throughout, as were the brilliant and inventive performances.

...the film clearly loves its quirkiness ...Quirky, yes, but also amazingly upsetting, which ...makes it original.

The Vision, York, England
A touching love story of two strange individuals who are destined for each other, it also played off a wonderful streak of absurdist humour.
